Dr. Spanos is passionate about providing evidence-based, specialty mental health care to Central Oregon. She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders for all ages and is the only provider in the area certified in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders. She also specializes in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, anxiety disorders and trauma for adolescents and adults.

Dr. Spanos obtained her PhD in clinical psychology from Michigan State University and completed her pre-doctoral internship at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Evidence-Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS) in 2014 and was appointed a staff psychologist, Director of Training and, most recently, Co-Director of the Eating Disorders Center at EBTCS between 2014-2020.

Dr. Spanos is originally from Cyprus and through the course of her life, has lived in three countries (England, Cyprus and the United States) and six states (California, Virginia, New York, Michigan, Massachusetts and Washington State)! She recently moved to Bend with her husband (a native Oregonian) and daughter for the amazing community, outdoor adventure opportunities and climate! As a native of the Mediterranean, Dr. Spanos loves spending time in the sunshine, and looks forward to the plentiful outdoor activities in Central Oregon.

Jesse Bledsoe, Ph.D.

Dr. Bledsoe obtained his Ph.D. in clinical psychology with specialized training in pediatric neuropsychology from Michigan State University in 2012. Following graduate school, he completed his psychology residency and two-year post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at the University of Washington School of Medicine and Seattle Children's Hospital. He then joined the University of Washington faculty as an assistant professor/pediatric neuropsychologist in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at UW. He also served as the Director of Psychology Post-Doctoral Fellowships at Seattle Children's Hospital and was the training coordinator for the University of Washington Psychology Internship Child Track from 2017-2020. Dr. Bledsoe provided clinical care to a broad range of patient populations including brain tumors, leukemia, congenital heart disease and heart transplantation, epilepsy, brain injuries, genetic syndromes, severe psychiatric conditions including inpatient psychiatry, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Language Disorders, and Intellectual Disabilities.

Dr. Bledsoe currently serves on the editorial board of several scientific journals, as an associate editor, and has accumulated over 30 peer-reviewed scientific publications, 10 book chapters, and over 30 national and international presentations on topics in clinical psychology and pediatric neuropsychology.
